Reduced FCP/LCP by 4–10 seconds and improved SEO index coverage.

Context

An initiative I started myself to cut ad spend and grow organic traffic, focused on Core Web Vitals and especially FCP.

What I did

• Identified bottlenecks using tooling and real data.
• Applied Next.js best practices and restructured the project folders.
• Migrated pages to TypeScript.
• Worked with backend to improve robots.txt.
