Car Rental Japan
Oct 2025 – Present · Inbound Platform

Released in January 2026 and profitable from the first month, on a maintainable delivery foundation. Development is ongoing.
- Context
- A new business line requiring integration of multiple rental car providers with inconsistent response formats, plus a scalable delivery foundation built from scratch.
- What I did
- Built the entire site frontend from the ground up.
- Initially introduced a BFF layer to unify responses and centralise error handling; later migrated to a frontend-side transformer with a predefined contract, removing an extra network hop.
- Set up the monorepo deployment pipeline with GitHub Actions, Docker and Nginx.
